Annual 4th of July Kid’s Parade – This event is held at Meador Park from 10:00 p.m. – 12:00 p.m. Kid’s decorate their bikes, trikes, & wagons for the parade. The Seabrook Parks and Recreation Board is planning the July 4th Kids Parade.

The international show featured classic automobiles and vintage wood boats at the Lakewood Yacht Club, 2425 NASA Parkway, Seabrook. Gracing the grounds was a rare collection of more than 300 classic automobiles and vintage wooden boats, valued at more than $50 million dollars.

Seaside Gallery is taking reservations for the 2009 Coastal Photo and Digital Printing Workshop with Ruth Burke in Seabrook, This year we are offering 1 day and 2 day sessions. Both days will combine location photography with classroom instruction.

Join the fun for the sixth annual Seabrook Lucky Trail Marathon, Half Marathon, and Relay. And again, there will be an additional half marathon, and a two person half marathon relay for Saturday! If you're up to it, you can even take challenge and run both days, and receive a special third medal!

Every Thursday night until August 27th Rock the Dock concerts bring great music to the Kemah Boardwalk. Starting every Friday night in June and July, a fireworks display is held on the Kemah Boardwalk at 9:30 PM.

The Arts Alliance Center at Clear Lake (TAACCL) is hosting the third Bay Area Houston Arts Festival and Stages on November 6-7, 2009.

This event debuted in October 2007. In 2008, juried fine art, music, Greek and Indian dance performances, food, and fun children's art activities were enjoyed by over 1,300 patrons. We plan to double attendance this year. Our plans for expansion in 2009 include "stages" venues throughout the Bay Area.TAACL We envision this fun and enlightening event as growing each year to "bring the arts together" for our community and draw visitors from across the state and country. Seabrook invites you to enjoy strolling the hike and bike trails of Seabrook with members of the Houston Happy Hikers Club on Saturday, November 14th.

More than 100,000 people traditionally enjoy this event from land and from hundreds of boats anchored throughout the Lake The parade features more than 100 brightly decorated power and sailboats that will traverse the Clear Lake channel from the South Shore Harbour Marina and the Nassau Bay Lagoon to Galveston Bay.
